FMI Solutions is an independent facility management integrator and advisory firm based in Budapest, Hungary. We help owners and operators of industrial, commercial, retail, and defence real estate design, source, and govern the facility management services that keep their buildings and operations running.
Our platform exists for a single purpose: to give clients the right facility management solution — engineered to their needs, not the most convenient one for a supplier. Unlike captive FM providers, we do not sell predefined service packages or promote our own operational resources. We assess each client's operational requirements, business objectives, technical environment, and budget, then design a tailored FM model and select the best-fit vendors by category and location.
The platform is built for facility directors, operations managers, CFOs, and property owners who need transparent governance, predictable costs, and measurable performance across single or multi-site portfolios in Hungary. It brings together advisory, tender management, vendor consolidation, CAFM and digitalisation projects, and ongoing performance governance under one point of accountability.
FMI Solutions was founded and is operated by a group of facility management and engineering professionals with more than 15 years of international experience on both the client (owner) and service provider side. We are engineers, not a sales force — and we represent our clients' interests with technical credibility across advisory, due diligence, tendering, and complex FM transformation projects.
